July 16th, 2018

This week has been good. We found a family on Monday night and he had been reading the Book of Mormon. Which was super cool because he had taken one and said he might read it, he wasnt ever an investigator though. SO we go and talk to him and he asks for us to give him and his daughter blessings... in Spanish. It was so sweet.

We also had exchanges with the ZL's and I was with Elder Leonardo.

We played baseball in the morning it was so fun haha it has been so long since I have fielded a ground ball or done anything. We had a great time together.

We had interviews with President Mutombo and they were great. He spent a lot of time with each missionary so we were at the church for 6 hours. He is so chill and ate lunch with us, everyone loves him. 

We went out to lunch with Felix for Elder McDaniel's 1 year mark and Elder Jun's birthday. 

I got some huge quesadilla. The restaurant was in the back of a grocery store lol it was super sweet.

There were 2 baptisms this sunday, and 8 year old and an 11 year old investigator of the sisters. They seemed super happy and excited and a lot of people came. And of course we had some good food after.

Also we did service again at Beans and Bread, and everyone there pretty much knows us.

We saw some dude and a lady almost fight right outside of a bar. She kept slapping him in the face and the police showed up, it was whack. Also 2 people just roll up a nice blunt right in front of us lol gotta love Baltimore. And for the sake of the title we also saw a dead cat.... Oh also we had some Elotes like in Nacho Libre they were actually pretty darn good. Other than that we were just doing all the regular missionary stuff. Love and miss you all!

 

 

 

So I (Teri) asked Craig for a Tag picture.. something that shows his mission and he gave me trash, an abandoned building and the town! ha. Baltimore!
