June 25th, 2018
This week has been great. We are in the last week of the transfer
because President is going home. So this next transfer will be 7 weeks
long.
This week we were out a lot talking with a bunch of people. This one dude stopped us at night and asked for a book of Mormon, then he was super bitter when we were explaining how the church was not racist. He was saying that we were wrong and his cartoon he found of Youtube was right haha.
So we dipped out of there.
There was another dude that came out of a bar and was asking for $5. We told him we dont carry money to give to people and then he was yelling at us that we werent Christians and we were the devil .
But what was even better was that we saw him like 6 more times that day.
we found a couple cool new investigators this week they seem to have a lot of potential and really want to Learn from the gospel.
The weather heating up and our AC broke. So the apartment is now hotter than it is outside. So we have to get that fixed this week as well. We had lunch at Hna Esther's house this week and she made us raviolis. She's literally the greatest. Other than that it's been a pretty typical week.
Baltimore is great and the crazies are really starting to Come out.
We talked to a dude named Mark yesterday who got stabbed in the arm recently. Some of these people out here really are Wild. But God's got us so we haven't had any sketch experiences. Love and miss you all!!
